We work hard to make sure you have a family photo you can be proud of. That's why we offer our PerfectRestore™ Guarantee:
If you are unhappy with the restored, framed result, tell us within 30 days of delivery. You'll be able to choose a free revision and replacement, shipped at our cost, or a full refund to your original payment method. No return is required.
How to use The PerfectRestore™ Guarantee
Contact us with your order number and a short note about what you would like us to do. If the frame is damaged, attaching a photo can help us put things right (but it is not a condition of the remedy).
Gifting Your Photo
If you're sending your framed print as a gift, a recipient may also contact us for help. Note that refund receipts will be sent to both buyer and recipient, and all refunds will go to the buyer's original payment method.
