How It Works
From an old photo to a framed photo you’ll love.
Don't worry - you don't need editing software or a perfect scan to get started. We’ll check your photo, prepare the restoration and wait for your approval before anything prints.

1. Upload the clearest copy you have
If you are using a phone, put the photograph on a flat surface in even light. Hold the camera straight above it, fill the picture with the photograph, and check for glare, shadows and blur. If you have a digital file, we recommend uploading that directly.

2. We check what the photo can support
Fading, a color cast and light wear are easy for our experts to fix, but a face that is missing, damaged or too blurred to see may not be. If we cannot make a presentable result, we will tell you before printing.

3. Our experts prepare the proof for your approval within 48 hours
We work from your source and complete the restoration - we’ll email you when it’s done, within 48 hours of your order. Your proof will show both the image and our proposed placement in the frame. Look especially at faces, expression and color.

4. You decide when it is ready
Approve the proof when you are happy, or tell us what to change. We will show you the revised version for approval, and we'll never send a photo to print without your say so.

5. We print, frame and deliver it
Once you approve the final image and frame details, production begins and normally completes within 24 hours. We'll send mail tracking information when the frame ships. The PerfectRestore™ Guarantee runs for 30 days from delivery.
